From qualified surveyors and accountants to junior team members receiving on-the-job training – all of them find their place here at Clearbell. We know that the development of every individual plays a critical role in achieving overall team success. That’s why we roll out tailored training programmes that keeps every team member up to speed on the latest regulatory requirements, industry issues and broader professional competencies.
We also offer summer internships to selected recent graduates who are looking for work experience before they embark on a career in real estate. A number of our past interns have continued their employment with us, in permanent roles within the firm.
