Clearbell secures re-gear in Earlsdon Park, Coventry

Clearbell Property Partners II LP (Clearbell), a fund managed by Clearbell Capital LLP, today announces the completion of a lease re-gear on c.45,000 sq. ft at Earlsdon Park in Coventry.

The re-gear, with existing tenant Premier Inn Hotels, the UK’s biggest hotel brand, involves removing the tenant’s lease break for December 2026. The new lease will run until December 2036.

The fund acquired Earlsdon Park in 2015, with plans to deliver Grade A office space in Coventry. It has since undergone refurbishments to existing vacant space and the site is now fully let. Earlsdon Park is a mixed-use site comprising office space, Premier Inn hotel and the Albany Theatre.
