How we integrate sustainability.
We use a systematic approach to manage sustainability risks and opportunities, underpinned by a robust environmental management system and strategy.
1. Planning.
We identify risks, opportunities and compliance obligations and develop our commitments, targets and plans accordingly.
2. Support and operation.
Regular communication with stakeholders ensures sustainability is integrated from acquisition to disposal, and beyond.
3. Performance evaluation.
The impact of our programme is regularly reviewed at corporate, fund and asset levels to give us a clear picture of its efficiency.
4. Improvement.
We implement actions, and review their effectiveness as part of an ongoing cycle of improvement.
