Clearbell lets warehouse space at Lingfield Point, Darlington
Clearbell Capital today announces on behalf of a fund it manages that it has let 132,000 sq ft of warehousing space at Lingfield Point business park, Darlington, to Premofab.
The letting is based on a three-year agreement and marks one of the biggest lettings in the North East this year.
Lingfield Point is already home to over 3,000 employees, with current tenants including the Student Loans Company and Capita.
The site offers 90 acres of office and warehousing space, serviced by excellent transport links to the north and the south. Durham Tees Valley International Airport is close by, with Newcastle International Airport also easily accessible from the site.
Dominic Moore, Head of Asset Management and ESG Director at Clearbell said: “As part of our asset management plans at Lingfield Point we’ve pursued creative conversions whilst maintaining the heritage and ethos the site has to offer. This attracts a range of potential tenants looking for high quality work space in a prime location.”
