Elliot joined Clearbell in 2022 as the firm’s Tax Director, a role which allows him to be involved in the whole life cycle of an investment. Much of his work is focused on setting up tax efficient structures at acquisition, compliance and monitoring during ownership and assisting with the optimal disposal at exit before working to close down the structure. Elliot is both a member of the BPF Tax committee as well as our ESG committee. Prior to Clearbell, Elliot held senior positions with several leading firms, including KPMG, Greystar and EcoWorld.
