Sam is predominantly focused on our core plus/value add portfolio for a separate managed account, as well as overseeing our office development project on St. Vincent Street in Glasgow. He is responsible for ongoing investment modelling, generating memoranda and reports for both the bank and our investors, and underwriting potential new acquisitions. Sam’s journey with Clearbell began in June 2023 as an Intern and he was delighted to transition to a full-time role as a Junior Analyst shortly afterwards. His academic background includes a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Exeter, followed by a MSc Real Estate Course at Bayes Business School.
