Addressing the shortage of Grade-A office stock in central Coventry

Coventry is a prime area of economic growth in the UK. Following the increase in demand for high-spec accommodation in the city centre, we acquired Earlsdon Park through a distressed purchase.

Located in central Coventry’s West side, Earlsdon Park comprises 100k sq ft of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office space. It also plays host to a 100-room hotel, a 620-seat theatre and 476 car parking spaces. Key initiatives included completely refurbishing the derelict old college property, converting shell space to offices across the ground floor, and improving the external outlook – achieved with new paving and landscaping in the public areas.

As a result of the improvements, three lettings across 45k sq ft were undertaken during ownership. And by the first quarter of 2019, the building was 100% let.
