Rob West
Rob previously founded Hawthorne West in 2006. He also worked as an investment broker at Nelson Bakewell Ltd (now Capita), as a founding partner of SG Commercial LLP and at niche London advisors Daniel Watney LLP.
Outside of Clearbell, Rob serves on the Court of the Clothworkers’ Livery Company, with a focus on the Company’s London property portfolio.
Rob enjoys open water and indoor swimming, gardening, country walks and watching sport – as well as collecting and drinking good wine.

Rob Mills
Rob’s original training was as an oboist at Manchester’s conservatoire of classical music, gaining a BMus (Hons) from Manchester University. Outside work he enjoys gardening, sailing and tennis and is also passionate about his work with a homeless charity called Restart.

Sally Doyle-Linden
Sally previously worked at Wates City of London Properties plc from 1987 to 2001 and at Grosvenor Group Limited as Group Projects Director from 2002 to 2007.
Sally has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1985 and holds a BA (Hons) in Chemistry from Wadham College, Oxford University. Outside Clearbell, Sally enjoys yoga, running, gardening, cooking and reading. She has a real passion for travelling and has her own apiary.

Manish Chande
Manish’s career began in 1975 as a trainee chartered accountant, before moving into real estate. His former roles include being CEO of Imry, CEO of Trillium, the main board director at Land Securities plc and CEO at Mountgrange Capital.
Manish set up Clearbell Capital to invest in and advise on a diverse range of UK real estate projects.
Manish has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1980 and a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2008.
Outside of Clearbell, he also dedicates time to working as a Trustee of The London Clinic. Manish very much enjoys family holidays to South East Asia and the South of France – usually with his iPad in hand.
